Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused, pristine condition to qualify for a refund.
Ship to HIVE
Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our Palm Beach boutique; please ensure you retain a copy of your tracking number.
Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
